The Container
Three months, 8 one on one, 60 minutes sessions, so we actually get somewhere instead of just scratching the surface.
In between calls, you're not on your own. You'll have Voxer support, so when something hits at 11pm or right before you go live, you're not sitting with it alone until the next session.

Why Me
I'm Alison. I'm not someone who read about the creator life and decided to coach it. I lived a version of it myself.
I ran an analog film photography business and built it to a following of 13.5K Instagram. I know what it's like to put yourself out there every day and wait to see how people respond. I know the specific sting of a comment that wasn't kind, and I know what it costs you internally to keep showing up anyway.
On the coaching side, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and two coaching certifications: one in Jungian coaching, built on the work of Carl Jung, and one in the Mastery Method, trained directly under Alyssa Nobriga. This work isn't improvised. It's built on real frameworks for how people actually change at the identity level, not just the surface level.
I built this coaching container because I watched this world up close through my own son, and I saw exactly what nobody was preparing you guys for. So I built it myself.
